Since joining CLM in 2009, Starling has been a key figure in establishing the company's operational frameworks. Her efforts in setting up processing policies and procedures, initiating the Underwriting, Post Closing, and Closing departments, and contributing to various other areas of the business have been vital to CLM's growth and operational efficiency. Outside of her professional life, Starling is married to Mike and is a fervent supporter of college football, showcasing her team spirit and community engagement.
