Notably, she played a pioneering role as the first-ever loan officer assistant, laying the foundation for future professionals in this role. As the Regional Processing Manager at CLM, Jessica has emerged as a system leader, guiding and shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of the processing team. Known for her positivity, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit, Jessica is dedicated to elevating standards in every aspect of her work.

Jessica is a native San Antonian, proud of her roots in the vibrant city. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, a testament to her academic and professional achievements. Outside the world of mortgages, Jessica finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and son. Their shared interests include camping, family movie nights, and relaxing at their family ranch in Blanco.
